NOTICE is hereby given, that the first meeting of
the creditors of John Jack, adjudicated a bankrupt on
the 20th day of July, 1868, will be held at the
Supreme Court House, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 28th
day of July, 1868, at ten o’clock in the forenoon.

and in the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act 1867."

NOTICE is hereby given, that the above-named John Foy
has this day filed in the Supreme Court of New Zealand,
Otago and Southland District, at Dunedin, a declaration
of insolvency under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act.

Dated this twenty-second day of July, in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.

Sutherland has this day filed in the Supreme Court of
New Zealand, Otago and Southland District, at Dunedin,
a declaration of insolvency under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act.

NOTICE is hereby given that this Honourable Court
hath this day adjudged the said James Alexander a bankrupt;
that Friday, the first of July instant, at ten o’clock
in the forenoon, at the Court House, Manuherikia, has
been appointed for the first meeting of creditors, and that
the said bankrupt is ordered there and then to surrender.

Province of Otago, New Zealand, contractor, and of "The Bankruptcy Act 1867."

NOTICE is hereby given that the said William Lane
has been this day adjudicated a bankrupt on his own petition;
that Tuesday, the 28th day of July inst., at ten o’clock
in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin,
have been appointed as the time and place for the first meeting
of creditors, and that the bankrupt is required then and
there to surrender.

NOTICE is hereby given, that an application will
be made to the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Otago
and Southland District, at Dunedin, in the said Province,
on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of July instant, at
ten o’clock in the forenoon, for a declaration of the
complete execution of the above-mentioned deed.

Dated at Dunedin aforesaid, this twenty-second day of July, 1868.

In the matter of the Petition of Frederick James Serle, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago,
contractor, a Bankrupt, and in the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act 1867."

NOTICE is hereby given, that the above-named Frederick James Serle has been adjudicated a
bankrupt, and that a meeting of the creditors of the said
bankrupt will be held at the Supreme Court House,
Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 28th day of July next, for
the purpose of appointing a person to be Trustee of the
estate and effects of the said bankrupt, and that the said
bankrupt shall surrender at the time, hour, and place,
aforesaid.

Honor Mr Justice Chapman as a Public Sitting of this
Honourable Court for William Liddell M’Kay, late of
Taieri Ferry, hotelkeeper, but now out of business, a
bankrupt, to pass his last examination, and make application
for his discharge under the provisions of "The Bankruptcy Act 1867."
