NOTICE.—The Government are willing to receive applications for Professional Assistance from parties wishing to Construct Water Races. Such applications should be accompanied by a statement of the proposed work, and the advantages to be derived from it by the place or district into which the water is to be introduced. APPLICATION FOR DEPASTURING LICENSE.
—Whereas an application for a depasturing license in the Interior District, No. 21r, made by William Sinclair Trotter, has been objected to by Henry Howell—Notice is hereby given, that a meeting of the Waste Land Board will be held at the Land Office, Dunedin, on the 25th day of August next, at 12 o’clock, for hearing and determining the matter of the said application.
