In the Estate of the above-mentioned deceased.
Notice is hereby given that the next sitting of the Supreme Court for the Wellington District will be holden at the Court House, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 17th day of May, 1864, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, when and where all persons having any claim upon the estate of the said deceased, or other business before the said Court, are required to attend.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the undermentioned Deed will lie for public inspection at the office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, in the Province of Wellington, for a period of one calendar month from the date hereof, pursuant to "The New Zealand Loan Act, 1856."
Deed of Mortgage by George Denton to the Bishop of New Zealand, dated the 17th day of January, 1862, for securing the sum of Β£3,000 and interest, being a mortgage of land in the Province of Wellington, containing by estimation 2,000 acres, more or less, situate in the Manawatu District, and known as the "Ashhurst" estate.

To the Military Defaulters Compounded by the Compounding Act of 1863.
Notice is hereby given that application will be made to the Governor for the issue of warrants for the apprehension of the following Military Defaulters, who have failed to pay the sums at which they were respectively fined, and to whom the provisions of the said Act have been extended.
