In the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Otago and Southland District.
In the matter of William John Dyer, of Tokomairiro, in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, Farmer, a debtor, now a prisoner for debt in Her Majesty’s Gaol at Dunedin, in the said Province; and in the matter of “The Bankruptcy Act 1867.”
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the above-named William John Dyer has this day filed in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Otago and Southland District, at Dunedin, a declaration of insolvency under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act.
Dated this twenty-seventh day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.
