In the matter of ALEXANDER MUIRHEAD, of Dunedin, in the Colony of New Zealand, Livery Stable Keeper, and in the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act 1867."

NOTICE is hereby given that the abovenamed Alexander Muirhead has this day been adjudicated Bankrupt, and that the first meeting of the Creditors of the said Bankrupt is appointed to be holden at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 13th day of May instant, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at which time and place the said Bankrupt is required to surrender.
