NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that John Weldon Goodbody, late of Waipori, storekeeper, but now a prisoner for debt in Her Majesty’s Gaol at Dunedin, has this day been adjudicated a bankrupt upon the petition of Maria Keenan, of Dunedin, widow, a creditor to the statuary amount; and that a meeting of the creditors of the said John Weldon Goodbody shall be held at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the third day of March, 1868, at the hour of ten in the forenoon.
