LAMBOURNE.—Notice is hereby given that, at the next meeting of the General Road Board, application will be made by the Lambourne Local Board for authority to levy all future rates in the said district, on an assessment on the annual value of all property therein.—Vide Clause XXXI, Otago Roads Ordinance.

IMPOUNDED on the second day of December, 1867, by Edwin Carey, one bay draught mare, branded like J.M. on the off shoulder, owner unknown, for trespassing in grass paddock belonging to Mr. David Carey, Blueskin, for which £2 damages are claimed; and in default of being released, the above mare will be sold at the Public Pound at Blueskin on the third day of January, 1868, at 12 o’clock noon.

IMPOUNDED on the 2nd day of December, by F. H. Townsend, of Caversham, 5 yearling heifers, two roan, two strawberry, and one black and white, no brands, for trespassing, on meadow, for which ten shillings damages are claimed, and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Caversham on Friday, the third day of January, 1868, at 12 o’clock noon.
