WEST HARBOR.—ELECTION OF LOCAL BOARD OF ROAD TRUSTEES.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of the "Otago Roads Ordinance 1865," the first meeting of persons liable to be rated is hereby appointed to be held at the house of Mr. Curle, Ardent Bay, within the said District on Tuesday, the 2nd day of September, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon.

NOTE.—The attention of Ratepayers is specially directed to the 9th, 10th and 11th clauses of the "Otago Roads Ordinance, 1865" for mode of procedure at electoral meetings.
