NOTICE.—SALE OF CROWN LANDS.—Section II,
10, Block IX, 11, Block IX, and 20, Block II,
Town of Outram; Sections 5, Block I, and 12, Block IV, Town of Balclutha; Sections 21 and 22, Block XVII, 34, Block LXXIII, 27, Block LXXII, 6, Block LXXI, and 15, Block XVII, Oamaru Town, having been offered for sale by auction and not sold: Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to purchase the same at the upset price, in accordance with the 27th Section of the “Waste Lands Act, 1866.” Any person other than the present applicants, desirous of purchasing such Sections, must apply for the same at the Land Office, Dunedin, on or before Wednesday, the 14th day of August next, otherwise the said lands will be sold to the before mentioned applicants, on the date before stated.
