NUMBER OF SECTIONS. MODIFICATIONS.
Section Five The style shall be "The Corporation of the Town of Alexandra," instead of "The Corporation of the City of Dunedin."
Section Twelve Instead of "each of the said four several Wards of the City of Dunedin," the following modification, "each of the said two several Wards of the Incorporated Town of Alexandra."
Section Twenty-eight Instead of the words "City of Dunedin," in this Section, the words "the Incorporated Town of Alexandra."
Section Ninety-eight Instead of the words "one hundred thousand pounds" in this Section, the words "ten thousand pounds."

THIRD SCHEDULE.

Boundaries of the Incorporated Town of Alexandra, as delineated on the Record Maps of the said Town, deposited in the Survey Office in Dunedin, in the said Province.

All that area in the Province of Otago, containing by admeasurement eight hundred and forty-eight (848) acres, more or less, situate at the junction of the Clutha and Manuherikia Rivers, being the Town of Alexandra, bounded towards the north-west by Block VII, Leaning Rock District, eleven thousand nine hundred and nineteen (11,919) links; towards the north-east by Block VII, Leaning Rock District, seven thousand six hundred and fifteen (7,615) links; towards the east by the Manuherikia River, eight thousand eight hundred (8,800) links; and towards the south by the Clutha River, eleven thousand (11,000) links.

FOURTH SCHEDULE.

Ward Boundaries, Incorporated Town of Alexandra

Manuherikia Ward comprises all that area in the Township of Alexandra, situate to the north-east of a line extending along the centre of Crookhaven street and Tarbert street.

Clutha Ward comprises all that area in the Township of Alexandra, situate to the south-west of a line extending along the centre of Crookhaven street and Tarbert street.

Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Otago, at Dunedin, this twentieth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.

NOTICE.

Of certain Land in the Tokomairiro District in the Province of Otago, having been reserved for a Municipal Estate for the Incorporated Town of Milton.

By His Honor James Macandrew, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago.

WHEREAS the Provincial Council of Otago have, under and by virtue of Section 63, of the "Otago Waste Lands Act, 1866," recommended that the Land hereinafter described should be reserved for a Municipal Estate for the Incorporated Town of Milton, and it is expedient that the said Land should be so reserved for that purpose:—Now, therefore, I, James Macandrew, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do hereby publish and declare that I have made and dedicated the Land hereinafter described, a Reserve for a Municipal Estate for the Incorporated Town of Milton, henceforth to be known as the "Milton Municipal Estate," that is to say,—

All that area in the Province of Otago containing by admeasurement, two hundred and seventy-one (271) acres, two (2) roods and twenty-six (26) poles, more or less, situate in the Tokomairiro District, being sections numbered respectively, one hundred and forty-eight (148), block eighteen (18), and one hundred and forty-nine (149), one hundred and fifty (150), one hundred fifty-one (151), and one hundred and fifty-two (152), block nineteen (19), on the map of the said district, bounded towards the north-west by section numbered one hundred and forty-seven (147), block eighteen (18), three thousand seven hundred and twenty (3720) links, also, by a road line one thousand five hundred and twenty (1520) links; towards the north-east by section numbered one hundred and fifty-three (153), block nineteen (19), four thousand (4000) links, by a road line one thousand seven hundred and fifty (1750) links, also, by section numbered twenty-nine (29), block one (1); Akatore district, one thousand one hundred and fifty (1150) links, towards the south-east by a road line one thousand nine hundred and sixty (1960) links, by sections numbered respectively twenty-nine (29), thirty (30), and thirty-six (36), block one (1), Akatore district, three thousand nine hundred (3960) links, also by the said section numbered twenty-nine (29), four thousand and twenty (4120) links; towards the south by the Tokomairiro River, three thousand and one hundred (3100) links; towards the south-west by a road line two thousand three hundred (2300) links; and towards the west by the Tokomairiro River, five thousand one hundred (5100) links, and intersected by four (4) road lines, each fifty (50) links wide.

OAMARU CEMETERY.—His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has appointed

Mr. Thomas Dunn

to be a Manager of the said Cemetery.

HAWKSBURY CEMETERY.—His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has been pleased to appoint the following gentlemen, viz.,

John Smith
William Mill
John Drum
Jabez Chambers
Edward Witt Durden
Benjamin Bray

to be Managers of the Reserve set aside by the "Cemeteries Ordinance, 1865," for the purpose of a Public Cemetery in Hawksbury.
