NOTICE is hereby given that by virtue of the powers vested in me by the "Impounding Ordinance, 1862," I have appointed

of Tokomairiro, to be keeper of the Public Pound, situate on section numbered 10 of block XXXVII, South Tokomairiro District, in the Province of Otago.

I, the undersigned, PETER WALSH, hereby make application to register "The Suspension Water Race Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Suspension Water Race Company, Registered."

  2. The place of operations is at Black’s No. 1 Diggings.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is six thousand pounds in three hundred shares of twenty pounds each.

NOTICE.

IN pursuance of an order of His Honor Mr. Justice Richmond, dated this 6th day of November, 1866, made under Section VII of the "Trustees Relief Act, 1862," notice is hereby given that all Creditors and others who may have claims against the estate of Thomas Russell, sometime of the Molyneux, in the Province of Otago, and afterwards of Dunedin, in the same Province, deceased, are directed to send in their claims before the first day of March next to Henry Clapcott, Esquire, (to the care of the undersigned) Executor of the said deceased’s will: And notice is further given, that on or after the said last-mentioned date, the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said testator’s estate amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which such executor shall then have notice in manner provided by the said Section.
