DECLARATION

1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

The name and style of the Company is the "Suspension Water Race Company."
The place of operations is at Black’s No. 1 Diggings.
The nominal capital of the Company is six thousand pounds (£6000), in three hundred shares of twenty pounds (£20) each.
The amount already paid up is four thousand (£4000) pounds.
The name of the Manager is Peter Walsh.
The Office of the Company is at Black’s No. 1.
The names and several residences of the Shareholders, and the number of Shares held by each at this date, are as follows:—
