I the undersigned THOMAS DUFFY, hereby make application to register the “Enterprise Water Race Company, Registered,” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that, to the best of my belief and knowledge, the following statement is true in every particular, namely:

  1. The name and style of the Company is “Enterprise Water Race Company.”
  2. The place of operations is at Hyde.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is three thousand six hundred pounds in six hundred shares of six pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is two thousand five hundred pounds.
