NOTICE is hereby given, that I have refused to grant the Application of
THOMAS CAROLEEN
for an Agricultural Lease of 50 Acres, situate in Londonderry Terrace, Shotover District, in the Province of Otago.

CROWN LANDS.—Notice is hereby given that applications for unsurveyed land received between the 10th and the 23rd instants, will be brought before the Waste Land Board, on Wednesday, the 24th instant, when the applicants must attend to pay for such portion of the land as may be granted, or the application will be declared abandoned, and the land will be re-opened for application.
