I the undersigned THOMAS DUFFY, hereby make
the application to register the "Enterprise Water
Race Company, Registered," under the provisions of
the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act,
1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that
the following statement is, to the best of my belief
and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "Enterprise Water Race Company."
  2. The place of operations is at Hyde.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is three
    thousand six hundred pounds, in six hundred shares
    of six pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is two thousand five
    hundred pounds.
  5. The name of the Manager is Thomas Duffy.
  6. The Office of the Company is at Hyde.
  7. The names and several residences of the Share-
    holders, and the number of Shares held by each at
    this date, are as follows:—

than 2 o’clock p.m. on the Tuesday preceding.
Advertisements received after that hour will be
charged 1s. per line. Any irregularity in the receipt
of those Gazettes which are given gratis by the
Government should be reported at once to the
Provincial Secretary.
