Court, in its Insolvency jurisdiction, will be
holden at the Court House, Dunedin, on Monday, the
10th day of September next, at ten o'clock in the fore-
noon, for the transaction of all business arising under
the provisions of the Debtors and Creditors Acts,
1862 and 1865.

Business, will be holden at the Court House, Dunedin,
on Saturday, the 1st day of September next, at ten
o'clock in the forenoon. Notice is hereby further given
that the said Court will be adjourned to Monday, the
3rd day of September next, at ten o'clock in the fore-
noon, on which last-mentioned day all persons under
recognizance to appear as prosecutors, defendants, or
witnesses, are hereby required to give their attendance.

PUBLICANS' LICENSES.—Quarterly Meetings
under the "Licensing Ordinance, 1865."—Notice
is hereby given, that a Meeting of Justices will be
held in the Resident Magistrate's Court House adjoin-
ing the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, and also at
the Resident Magistrate's Court House, at each of the
following places, viz :-Port Chalmers, Clyde, Queens-
town, Oamaru, Waikouaiti, Taieri, Tokomairiro,
Clutha, Hamilton, and Lawrence, at noon, on Tuesday
the 4th day of September, 1866, for the purpose of taking
into consideration applications for General, General
Night, and Bottle Licenses, and for the transfer,
renewal, or removal of such Licenses, of which due
notice shall have been given to the Clerk of the said
Resident Magistrate's Courts respectively, as directed
by the said Ordinance, at which time and place all per-
sons having business thereat are required to give their
attendance.

THE GAZETTE (with Supplement) is published
every Wednesday morning, and Notices for Insertion
must be received at the Publisher's Office not later
than 2 o'clock p.m. on the Tuesday preceding.
Advertisements received after that hour will be
charged 1s. per line. Any irregularity in the receipt
of those Gazettes which are given gratis by the
Government should be reported at once to the Pro-
vincial Secretary.
