SCHEDULE A.

I, THE undersigned D. G. MacDonnell, hereby make application to register the “Alexandra Quartz Mining Company,” registered under the provisions of the “Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is the “Alexandra Quartz Mining Company, Registered.”

  2. The place of operations is at Skipper’s, Wakatipu District.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is five thousand six hundred pounds in fourteen hundred shares of four pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is one hundred and seventy-five pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Denis Gilmore MacDonnell.

  1. The name of the Company is “The Perseverance Company.”

  2. The place of intended operations is at the Blue Spur, Tuapeka.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is seven thousand five hundred pounds sterling, in seven hundred and fifty shares of ten pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up is seven thousand five hundred pounds sterling.

  5. The name of the Manager is Robert Greive.

  6. The Office of the Company is at the corner of Princes-street and Dowling-street, Dunedin.

Otago and Southland District.

In the matter of the Petition of Charles de Vere Teschmaker, of Spylaw Station, in the Province of Otago, Runholder, a Debtor, and John Theodore Thomas Boyd, of North-East Valley, Dunedin, in the Province of Otago aforesaid, Creditor of the said Charles de Vere Teschmaker to the extent of not less than Fifty Pounds; and in the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862.”

Before His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman.

Upon the application of James Bartholomew Schlotel, a Creditor of the above-named Charles de Vere Teschmaker, and upon hearing Mr. Maddock, the solicitor for the applicant, and Mr. Dempsey, the solicitor for the said Charles de Vere Teschmaker and for Martin Shell, and upon reading the order of His Honor Mr. Justice Richmond, made in these matters, dated the eighteenth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, the Deed of Conveyance and Assignment executed in pursuance thereof by Robert Chapman, Esquire, the Registrar of this Court, dated the first day of August, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, and the affidavit of William Downie Stewart, filed in these matters on or about the fifth day of April instant, I do order that so much of the said order as directs “that the Registrar of the Supreme Court do convey to Martin Shell all the real and personal estate of the said Charles de Vere Teschmaker, whether in possession, expectancy, reversion, or otherwise, subject to the usual trusts, for the benefit of Creditors who shall prove their debts in accordance with the rules of this Court, within the period of six months from the date of the said Deed, or within such further time as the Court shall from time to time in that behalf appoint,” be and the same is hereby discharged, and that the said Deed of Conveyance and Assignment executed in pursuance thereof be cancelled:
