In the matter of the Petition of Thomas Morris, late of Portobello Road, in the Province of Otago, Market Gardener, now a prisoner for debt in Her Majesty’s Gaol at Dunedin, and in the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Acts, 1862 and 1865.”
NOTICE is hereby given that His Honor the Judge has appointed Monday the seventh day of May next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the said Petition.

The Gazette (with Supplement) is published every Wednesday morning, and Notices for Insertion must be received at the Publisher’s Office not later than 2 o’clock p.m. on the Tuesday preceding. Advertisements received after that hour will be charged 1s. per line. Any irregularity in the receipt of those Gazettes which are given gratis by the Government should be reported at once to the Provincial Secretary.

NOTICE is hereby given, that His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman has appointed Monday, the seventh day of May next, at the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, as the time and place for hearing the matters of the above petition.
