SCHEDULE A.

I, THE undersigned Andrew Wood, hereby make application to register the "Ida Valley Water Race Company," registered under the provisions of the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:-

The name and style of the Company is "The Ida Valley Water Race Company, Registered."
The place of operations is at Manorburn and Black’s, Manuherikia.
The nominal capital of the Company is eight thousand pounds, in three hundred and twenty shares of twenty-five pounds each.
The amount already paid up is nine hundred and thirty pounds.
The name of the Manager is Andrew Wood.
The Registered Office of the Company is at Ida Burn Station, and the Agency Office is at Dunedin.
