NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Messrs. James Murison and William Dick Murison, of Manuherikia, in the Province of Otago, Runholders, have applied to the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the Province of Otago to have issued to them, under the provisions of the "Lost Licenses and Leases Act, 1865," a certified copy of the Depasturing License for Run numbered two hundred and twenty-two (222), in the said Province of Otago: And notice is hereby further given that all objections to the issue of the said certified copy must be lodged with the said Commissioner of Crown Lands for the said Province of Otago, on or before the second day of May now next ensuing.

The nominal capital of the Company is one hundred thousand pounds, in ten thousand shares of ten pounds each.

The name of the Manager is Frederick Horatio Evans.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority in me vested for this purpose, under and by virtue of "The Volunteer Act, 1865," I, Sir George Grey, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby nominate and appoint the undermentioned officers to be the persons, within their respective Provinces or Districts, to receive the arms, accoutrements, and other articles supplied to any officer, non-commissioned officer, or volunteer of any corps which has been disbanded in terms of the seventh section of the said Act :--
