Constable James Carter, No. 436,

to be Inspector of Slaughter Yards for the West Taieri District, vice Sergeant Moore, transferred.

(Correction of the Proclamation dated 6th February, and published in Gazette of 7th Feb. both current, pages 30 and 31.)

Abbotsford Road District is described as being bounded on the north by the Kaikorai Valley Road, whereas it should have been the line of Road on the Chain Hills Ridge, and running between sections 7 and 17, 6 and 16, through section 14, block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri; thence through section 42, Irregular block, Taieri, through section 15, block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri; thence between sections 6, 12 and 7, 13 and Bush Reserve, between sections 14 and 11, 15 and 25, 16 and 26, 17, 18, 27, and 1 of 28, 31, 32, 1 of 33, and 2 of 28, 1 of 29, block VII, and section 4, block VIII, Dunedin and East Taieri.

Wingatui Road District is described as being bounded on the south by the Kaikorai Valley Road, whereas it should have been bounded on the south by the line of Road on the Chain Hills Ridge, and running between sections 7 and 17, 6 and 16, through section 14, block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri; thence through section 42, Irregular block, Taieri, through section 15, block VI, Dunedin and East Taieri; thence between sections 6, 12 and 7, 13 and Bush Reserve, between sections 14 and 11, 15 and 25, 16 and 26, 17, 18, 27, and 1 of 28, 31, 32, 1 of 33, and 2 of 28, 1 of 29, block VII, and section 4, block VIII, Dunedin and East Taieri.

His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has been pleased to appoint the following Gentlemen, namely:

John Edward Staite,
Robert Barlow,

to be Managers of the Reserve set apart for the purposes of a Public Cemetery, by the “Cemeteries Ordinance, 1863,” in the Town of Clyde, in the Province of Otago, under the “Cemetery Reserves Ordinance, 1864.”
