In the Supreme Court of New Zealand,

In the matter of the Petition of Robert Muir, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, New Zealand, Contractor; and in the matter of the Petition of Robert Dunlop, of Dunedin aforesaid, Grocer, a creditor of the said Robert Muir to the extent of not less than fifty pounds; and in the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862.”

NOTICE is hereby given that His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman has appointed Monday, the nineteenth day of March next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, for the hearing of the above petition.

I, the Undersigned, William Henry Line, hereby make application to register the “Canada Quartz Mining Company, Registered,” under the provisions of the “Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1860,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name of the Company is the “Canada Quartz Mining Company, Registered.”
  2. The place of operations is at Canada Reef, Table Hill District.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is four thousand five hundred pounds, in four hundred and fifty shares of ten pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is two thousand four hundred pounds.
  5. The name of the Manager is William Henry Line.
  6. The Office of the Company is at Gillies and Street’s office, Princes-street, Dunedin.
