IMPOUNDED on the 22nd day of April, 1865, by Mr. John Andrews, East Taieri, One red Heifer, white face, branded like P off rump, ear marked with a fork, owner unknown; for trespassing on Grange Farm; and in default of being released, the above heifer will be sold at the Public Pound at East Taieri, on Friday, the 19th day of May, 1865, at 12 o’clock noon.

IMPOUNDED on the 22nd day of April, 1865, by Mr. Smith, East Taieri, One yellow Cow, branded AK near rump, tip off off horn; yellow and white Bull Calf, tip off both ears, no visible brand, owner unknown; for trespassing on Mr. Smith’s land, East Taieri; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at East Taieri, on Friday, the 19th day of May, 1865, at 12 o’clock noon.

IMPOUNDED on the 18th day of April, 1865, by Archibald Moir, One brown Bull, no brand, owner unknown; for trespassing on Mr. Sidey’s paddock, for which 2s. damages are claimed; and in default of being released, the above Cattle will be sold at the Public Pound at Caversham, on the 19th day of May, 1865, at 12 o’clock noon.

IMPOUNDED on the 3rd day of April, 1865, by Coll M’Donald, Ranger, Waikouaiti Hundred, One dark grey Mare, no visible brand, light grey about the face, owner unknown; for trespassing on Waikouaiti Hundred, for which 6s. damages are claimed; and in default of being released, the above mare will be sold at the Public Pound at Hawksbury, on Tuesday, the 19th day of May, 1865, at 12 o’clock noon.

SCALE of Charges for Advertisements not to exceed the following, and to be paid to the Publisher:—
1 to 2 insertions inclusive, 4s. per inch per insertion.
3 to 5 insertions inclusive, 3s. per inch per insertion.
6 to 11 insertions inclusive, 2s. 9d. per inch per insertion.
12 to 23 insertions inclusive, 2s. 6d. per inch per insertion.
24 to 35 insertions inclusive, 2s. 3d. per inch per insertion.
36 insertions and upwards, 2s. per inch per insertion.
Advertisements, to ensure insertions, must be left with the Publisher not later than 2 o’clock on the day previous to publication; but short advertisements will be received up till 4 o’clock.
Any person desirous of obtaining the Advertising Sheet, will please leave his address at the Superintendent’s Office. No charge will be made for the said Sheet, or for the delivery thereof. Any irregularity in the receipt of the Advertising Sheet should be reported at once to the Provincial Secretary.
