1st March, Blueskin District Road Rate due and must be paid within one month to John Mitchell, at his house.

1st March, Sandy Mount District Road Rate due and must be paid within one month to John Stevenson, at his house.

25th March, Wednesday (at noon), applications for Section 25, block IX, Pomahaka District, will be received at the Land Office.

30th March, Thursday (at noon), a Special Meeting of the Education Board will be held at Dunedin.

30th March, Thursday, Applications for Sections in blocks I and II, Shotover District, to be received at the Gold Receiver’s Office, Queenstown.

31st March, Friday (at noon), applications for the office of Chief Inspector of Sheep must be lodged.

31st March, Friday (at noon), Nomination of Candidate for the Electoral District of Bruce, to take place at the Court House, Tokomairiro.

31st March, Friday (at noon), a Mare to be sold at Oamaru Pound.

5th April, Wednesday (at noon), sale of Sections in Outram Township, at the West Taieri Bridge Hotel.

7th April, Friday (at noon), a Gelding to be sold at North Dunedin Pound.

8th April (Saturday), Poll, if necessary, for the Return of a Candidate for the Electoral District of Bruce, will take place at the various Polling Places.

10th April, (Monday), Land within Awamoko open for application.

11th April, Tuesday (at noon), sale of Sections in Hawksbury Township, at the Court House, Hawksbury.

11th April, Tuesday, (after the sale of Hawksbury Sections), sale of Sections in Palmerston Township, at the Court House, Hawksbury.

12th April, Wednesday, (at noon), Provincial Council meets in Dunedin.

12th April (Wednesday), Land within Kakanui Hundred open for application.

13th April (Friday) Land within Catlin’s Hundred open for application.

13th April, Thursday (at noon), sale of Sections in Hampden Township, at Mr. Young’s Store, Hampden.

13th April, Thursday (after the sale of the Hampden Sections), sale of sections in Moeraki Township, at Mr. Young’s Store, Hampden.

14th April, Friday (at noon), one Bullock and one Steer to be sold at Caversham Pound.

15th April, Saturday (at noon), sale of sections in Oamaru Township, at the Court House there.

15th April, Saturday (after the sale of Sections in Oamaru), sale of Sections in Herbert Township, at the Court House, Oamaru.

17th April (Monday), Land within Tuturau Hundred open for application.

20th April, Thursday (at noon), Sale by Auction at the Land Office, Dunedin, of Sections 14, 15, 28, 29, and 34, block I, Tuapeka.

HULK FOR SALE.

TENDERS will be received at the Superintendent’s Office, Dunedin, until noon Friday, 7th April, 1865, from parties willing to purchase the Hulk “Thomas and Henry,” as she now lies at Port Chalmers. The Government will not be bound to accept the highest or any of the tenders.
