NOTICE

THE Public are requested to observe the rule that business with the Land Office cannot be transacted by correspondence, but persons requiring information or having business to transact, must attend personally or by an agent. This rule will be rigidly enforced on and after the 1st of February next, the right by the Commissioner of Crown Lands to frank letters having been withdrawn.

The receipt of letters sent through the Post will not be acknowledged, and such letters, if the postage be not prepaid, will be refused.
