SALE OF TOLLS.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Tolls authorised to be collected at the Toll Gate on the Anderson’s Bay Road, at the South-Eastern Boundary of the Town Belt, for 8 months, from 1st March, 1865, will be exposed for Sale by Public Auction, at the Public Works Office, Dunedin, at noon of Monday, the 20th day of February next.

LAND TAX.

THE Provincial Government of Otago has undertaken to repay the purchasers the tax of 2s. per acre, imposed by “Otago Waste Lands Act, (No. 2), 1863,” in respect of all lands which may be purchased between the 4th day of January, 1865, and the 5th day of April, 1865.
