SALE OF TOLLS.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Tolls authorised to be collected at Blueskin and Waikouaiti Toll Bars, and at West Taieri Bridge, for 9 months, from 1st February, 1865, will be exposed for sale by public auction, at the Public Works Office, Dunedin, at noon on Friday, the 27th day of January next.

SALE OF TOLLS.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Tolls authorised to be collected at the Toll Gate on the Anderson’s Bay Road, at the South-Eastern Boundary of the Town Belt, for 8 months, from 1st March, 1865, will be exposed for Sale by Public Auction, at the Public Works Office, Dunedin, at noon of Monday, the 20th day of February next.

SALE OF CROWN LANDS.

BLOCK 9, Moeraki District, will be sold by auction, at the Land Office, Dunedin, on Friday the 27th inst., at 12 o’clock. Block 9 contains 4803 acres, and is situated between Blocks 2 and 3, of the same district—its eastern boundary being the Kaitigi Beach.

NOTICE.

THE correct Map of the Township of Clyde having been received, Crown Grants will be prepared of the lands allotted by the Chief Commissioner of the Waste Land Board.

Any of the persons to whom the land was so allotted who may be desirous of having their allotment transferred to another person, may have such transfer made by surrendering the original papers to the Wardens on or before the 23rd instant. Forms of application for Crown Grants can be obtained from the Warden.
