Otago and Southland District.
In the matter of the Petition of Cunningham Gregg Boyd, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, Licensed Victualler, a Debtor; and in the matter of the Petition of Charles Webb and Frederick Russell, both of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, aforesaid, Merchants, and co-partners, trading under the style and firm of "Webb, Russell & Co.," Creditors of the said Cunningham Gregg Boyd, to the extent of not less than fifty pounds; and in the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862.
Upon reading the Petition of the said Cunningham Gregg Boyd and the affidavit thereunto annexed, and upon hearing Mr. Bryan Cecil Haggit, of Counsel for the said Petitioner; It is ordered that Robert Chapman, Esq., the Registrar of this Honorable Court, at Dunedin aforesaid, do and shall, in the name and on behalf of the said Petitioner, convey, assign, and make over all the said Petitioner’s real and personal estate and effects, unto Charles William Craven Webb, of Dunedin, aforesaid, Merchant, and Frederick Russell, of Dunedin, aforesaid, Merchant, upon trust for the collection and conversion into money of the said estate and effects, and the distribution of the nett proceeds, pro rata, and subject to existing legal priorities (if any), amongst such of the Creditors of the said Petitioner, as shall duly prove their respective debts, by affidavit filed in the office of the Registrar of this Court, at Dunedin aforesaid, within the space of three calendar months from the date of this order and upon and subject to such other trusts and provisions.
