  1. Four chains in length, sixty links wide, from Town Belt to Main South Road, on section thirteen block seven, Town District; boundaries, north, City of Dunedin; south, section thirteen block seven, Town District.

  2. Six chains in length, sixty links wide, from Main South Road, on section thirteen, block seven, Town District, to District Road between Sections eleven and twelve block seven, Town District; boundaries, north, City of Dunedin; south, section twelve and part of thirteen, block seven, Town District.

CROWN LANDS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the applications for Rural Lands, received between the 21st instant and 12th day of December, inclusive, will be brought before the Waste Land Board on Wednesday the 13th day of December; when the applicants must attend to pay for such portions of the Land as may be granted, or the application will be declared abandoned, and the Land will be re-opened for application on the 14th instant.

GOLD MINING.

Dissolution of Partnership.

THOMAS MORGAN Complainant, against JOHN ALLEN, and ISAAC ALLEN, Defendants.

THE Partnership existing between the above parties in a Mining Claim, Certificate No. 414, date 23/8/65, situate at the Woolshed; and in a Tail Race, Certificate No. 5809, date 1/12/64, situate at the Woolshed aforesaid, is about to be dissolved at the Wardens Court; and all persons having claims on the said Partnership Estate, must prove the same before the said Court at its sitting on Saturday the second day of December, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, at Hill’s Creek Court House, after which said date claims will not be acknowledged.

NOTICE.

IN pursuance of an Order of His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman, dated the seventeenth day of November, 1865, made under Section VII of “The Trustees Relief Act, 1862”,—Notice is hereby given that all Creditors and Others who may have claims against the Estate of Alexander M’Landress, sometime of Maryborough, in the Colony of Victoria aforesaid, and afterwards of Melbourne, in the Colony of Victoria aforesaid, and afterwards of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, in the Colony of New Zealand, deceased, are directed to send in the same within four months from the date hereof, to John Davie and John Bell Mudie, of Dunedin, aforesaid, (to the care of the undersigned) Executors named in the Will of the said Alexander M’Landress. And notice is further given, that at or after the expiration of the said period of four months, the said Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Alexander M’Landress amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which such Executors shall then have notice, in manner described by the said Section.

THE GAZETTE (with Supplement) is published every Wednesday morning, and Notices for Insertion must be received at the Publisher’s Office not later than 2 o’clock p.m. on the Tuesday preceding. Advertisements received after that hour will be charged 1s. per line. Any irregularity in the receipt of those Gazettes which are given gratis by the Government should be reported at once to the Provincial Secretary.
