THE Wardens of the West Taieri Hundred having failed to comply with the 64th Clause of the Waste Land Regulations, the Waste Land Board, in exercise of the powers vested in it by the 66th Clause of the said Regulations, have made the following Regulation and apportionment of the cattle to be depastured on the said Hundred for the year 1865:-
