NOTICE is hereby given that His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman has accepted the Petition of the above named Insolvent, and has appointed Monday, the thirteenth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, at ten of the clock in the forenoon, for hearing the said Petition.
