Description of the Roads and Portions of Roads in the Bruce Road District, which the Superintendent is Empowered to Stop Up.
1.—220 chains in length, 60 links wide, from north-west angle of section 8, block XVI, Taieri Survey District, to Dunedin and West Taieri Road, on section 13, block XVIII, Taieri; boundaries, north, sections 56, 57, 58, 59, and part of 60, irregular blocks, Taieri; south, sections 9, 10, 11, and 12, block XVI, sections 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, block XVII, sections 9, 10, 11, 12, and part of 13, block XVIII, Taieri District.
2.—34 chains in length, 60 links wide, from District Road at north-west angle of section 16, block XVIII, Taieri Survey District, to Dunedin and West Taieri Road; boundaries, north-west, section 62, irregular block; south-east, sections 46 and 47, river sections, Taieri.
3.—22 chains in length, 60 links wide, from Dunedin and West Taieri Road to River bank Reserve, West Taieri Bridge; boundaries, north-east, section 62, irregular block; south-west, sections 49 and 48, river sections, Taieri.

NOTICE
Kaikorai Roads
WHEREAS it is intended to stop up those Roads and Portions of Roads situate and being in the Kaikorai District, and which are hereinafter described, and are delineated on the map or plan mentioned and referred to in the “Kaikorai District Road Lands Ordinance, 1864,” a copy of which map or plan has been deposited at the Green Island Hotel, in said district; Now therefore I, Thomas Dick, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in me in that behalf by the “Kaikorai District Road Lands Ordinance, 1864,” do hereby give notice that all persons objecting to the stopping up of such Roads or Portions of Roads, or any of them, are required to set forth a statement in writing of any well-grounded objection they may have to the stopping up of such Roads or Portions of Roads, and to leave such statement, addressed to me, at my Office in Dunedin, within sixty days from the date hereof, otherwise such objections will not be considered by me.
Description of the Roads and Portions of Roads in the Kaikorai District which the Superintendent is Empowered to Stop Up.
1.—32 chains in length, 60 links wide, from Cross Road between sections 38 and 89, block V, Lower Kaikorai, to new District Road on section 32, block V, Lower Kaikorai; bounded on the north-west by sections 33, 45, 46, 47, 48, parts of 32 and 49; south-east by sections 38, 37, 36, 35, 34, 33, and part of 32, block V, Lower Kaikorai; and by section 45, block VI, Town District.
2.—48 chains in length, 60 links wide, from new District Road on section 32 to the original road line at the boundary line between sections 22 and 23, block V, Lower Kaikorai; bounded on both sides by sections 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, and part of 32, block V, Lower Kaikorai.
3.—61 chains in length, 60 links wide, from junction with new road line on section 15, block V, Lower Kaikorai, to junction with new road line on section 3, block V, Lower Kaikorai; bounded on both sides by sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15, block V, Lower Kaikorai.
4.—12 chains in length, 60 links wide, from new road line on section 3, block V, Lower Kaikorai, to District Road on section 1, block V, Lower Kaikorai;
Roslyn Roads
WHEREAS it is intended to stop up those Roads and Portions of Roads situate and being in the Roslyn Road District, and which are hereinafter described, and are delineated on the map or plan mentioned and referred to in the “Roads Diversion Ordinance, 1864,” a copy of which plan has been deposited at Sheddon’s Store, in said District; Now therefore I, Thomas Dick, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in me in that behalf by the “Roads Diversion Ordinance, 1864,” do hereby give notice that all persons objecting to the stopping up of such Roads or Portions of Roads, or any of them, are required to set forth a statement in writing of any well-grounded objection they may have to the stopping up of such Roads or Portions of Roads, and to leave such statement, addressed to me, at my office in Dunedin, within sixty days from the date hereof, otherwise such objections will not be considered by me.\n

2.—21 chains in length, 60 links wide, from Main Road at south-east angle of section 1, block IV, Kaikorai, to District Road between sections 1 and 17, block IV, Kaikorai; boundaries, west, section 1, block IV, Kaikorai; east, sections 2, 4, 6, 8, and part of 10, block III, Kaikorai.
3.—10 chains in length, 60 links wide, from Main Road on section 2, block IV, Kaikorai, to District Road between sections 3 and 15, Kaikorai; boundaries, both sides section 3 and part of section 2.
