NOTICE.

North-East Valley Roads.

WHEREAS it is intended to stop up those Roads and Portions of Roads situate and being in the North-East Valley District, and which are hereinafter described, and are delineated and referred to in the “Road Lands Ordinance, 1864,” copies of which maps or plans are deposited at the Public School, North-East Valley, in the said District;—

Now therefore I, Thomas Dick, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by virtue, and in exercise of the powers vested in me in that behalf by the “Road Diversion Ordinance, 1865,” do hereby give notice that all persons objecting to the stopping up of such Roads, or Portions of Roads, or any of them, are required to set forth a statement in writing of any well-grounded objection that they may have to the stopping up of such Roads or Portions of Roads, and to leave such statement, addressed to me, at my office, in Dunedin, within sixty days from the date hereof, otherwise such objections will not be considered by me.

Description of the Roads and Portions of Roads in the North-East Valley District, which the Superintendent is Empowered to Stop Up.

71 chains in length, 60 links wide, from New North Road on section 52, to New North Road on section 76; boundaries, towards the north, sections 54, 56, 58, 62, 64, 66, 68, 70, 72, 74, and part of sections 52 and 76, North-East Valley District; south, sections 43, 41, 38, and part of sections 36 and 45, block IX, North Harbor and Blueskin.

11 chains in length, 60 links wide, from New North Road on section 38, North Harbor and Blueskin, to District Road between block IX, North Harbor and Blueskin, and North-East Valley Districts; boundaries towards the north by part of section 36, block IX, North Harbor and Blueskin, and on the south by section 38, block IX, North Harbor and Blueskin.

46 chains in length, 60 links wide, from section 63, North-East Valley District, to road line between 75 and 77, North-East Valley District; boundaries, north and north-west, sections 65, 67, 69, 71, 73, 75, and part of section 63, North-East Valley District; south and south-east by sections 64, 66, 68, 70, 72, 74, and 76, North-East Valley District.

Breadalbane Roads.

WHEREAS it is intended to stop up those Roads and Portions of Roads situate and being in the Breadalbane Road District, and which are hereinafter described, and are delineated on the map or plan mentioned and referred to in the “Taieri Districts Roads Lands Ordinance, 1864,” a copy of which plan has been deposited at Nesbit’s Hotel, in the said District;—

Now therefore I, Thomas Dick, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Otago, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in me in that behalf by the “Taieri Districts Roads Lands Ordinance, 1864,” do hereby give notice that all persons objecting to the stopping up of such Roads or Portions of Roads, or any of them, are required to set forth a statement in writing of any well-grounded objection they may have to the stopping up of such Roads or Portions of Roads, and to leave such statement, addressed to me, at my office in Dunedin, within sixty days from the date hereof, otherwise such objections will not be considered by me.
