In the matter of the Petition of GERARD SPOONER of Popotunoa, in the Province of Otago, New Zealand, Runholder, a Debtor; and in the matter of the Petition of William Walter Cargill, John Cargill, and Edward Bowes Cargill, all of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, aforesaid, Merchants and Co-partners, Creditors of the said Gerard Spooner to the extent of not less than Fifty Pounds; and in the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862."

UPON reading the Petition of the said Gerard Spooner, and the affidavit thereunto annexed, and upon hearing Mr. Bryan Cecil Haggitt of Counsel for the said Petitioner, it is ordered that on or before the fourteenth day of August next, Robert Chapman, Esquire, the Registrar of this Honorable Court at Dunedin, do and shall in the name and on behalf of the said Petitioner, convey, assign, and make over, all the said Petitioner’s real and personal estate and effects unto J. H. Dobbie, of Dunedin aforesaid, Seedsman, upon trust for the collection and conversion into money of the said estate and effects, and the distribution of the nett proceeds pro rata, and subject to existing legal priorities (if any), amongst such of the creditors of the said Petitioner as shall duly prove their respective debts by affidavit filed in the office of the Registrar, at Dunedin aforesaid, within the space of three calendar months from the date of this order; and upon and subject to such other trusts and provisions as the said Court may, at or before the final hearing of the said Petitioner, direct or approve.

In the matter of the Petition of ROBERT PLATT, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, Lighterman, a Debtor; and of Thomas Moodie, of Dunedin aforesaid, Master Mariner, and Samuel Herriott, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago aforesaid, Storekeeper, Creditors of the said Robert Platt to the extent of not less than Fifty Pounds; and in the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862.
