DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned as Runholders and Stock Farmers, is hereby dissolved by mutual consent, and the undersigned Alfred Cleve’s share of the partnership assets having been assigned to the undersigned Louis Ehrenfried, who will henceforth pay and receive all debts due from and to the said partnership.

In the matter of the Petition of William Wilson Tickle, of Dunedin, Merchant, a Debtor; and in the matter of the petition of Alexander M’Landress, William Hepburn, and John Davie, trading as M’Landress, Hepburn and Co., of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, Auctioneers, creditors of the said William Wilson Tickle to the extent of not less than Fifty Pounds; and in the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862.”
Friday, the nineteenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.
Upon reading the deed of arrangement entered into between the Creditors of the said William Wilson Tickle, dated the sixteenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, and the affidavit of William Wilson Tickle, and upon proof of the due execution of the said deed, according to the requirements of the twentieth section of the Debtors and Creditors Act, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two; and upon hearing Mr. James Smith, on behalf of the said insolvent, and Patrick Murray and Henry Driver, the trustees appointed under the said deed, the Court doth hereby declare that the said deed of arrangement of the sixteenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, has been completely executed, in accordance with the requirements of the twentieth section of the “Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862,” and doth order that the said deed shall be forthwith registered in the proper office of the Supreme Court. It is further ordered, that the costs properly incurred by the said William Wilson Tickle in and about the preparation and presentation of his Petition herein, and also in and about the preparation, execution, and registration of the said deed, and occasioned by and attendant on the application to take his estate out of Court under the same, shall be taxed by the proper officer of this Court as between solicitor and client, and paid by the said Patrick Murray and Henry Driver as a preferent charge upon the funds of the said estate which shall come to their hands as such trustees as aforesaid.

In the matter of the Petition of Alfred Fergusson, of Taieri Beach, in the Province of Otago, settler, a Debtor; and in the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862.”
NOTICE is hereby given that the Petition of the above-named Alfred Fergusson, praying for the sequestration of his estate for the benefit of all his Creditors, and for relief according to the provisions of the above Act, has this day been accepted by His Honor Mr. Justice Richmond, who has appointed Tuesday, the sixth day of June next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Dunedin, for a meeting of the Creditors of the said Alfred Fergusson; and Monday, the third day of July next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the same place, for the hearing of the said Petition.
Dated at Dunedin this 23rd day of May, 1865.
