Province of Otago, now occupied by you under agreement with me, dated the tenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four: Now therefore, I hereby give you notice that I desire on the sixth day of August next to withdraw and determine the permission to occupy the Lands specified in the Schedule hereto, permission to occupy which was granted to you by me by the said deed, and that I desire on such sixth day of August to put an end to the use and occupation by you of the whole of the Lands described in the said Schedule. This Notice will be published in the Provincial Government Gazette on Wednesday, the third day of May current.

THE SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO.
All that Run or parcel of Land, containing seven thousand two hundred acres or thereabouts, be the same more or less, situate in the South-Eastern District in the Province of Otago and Colony of New Zealand, being Lot or Run numbered one on the plan of sale exhibited by the Auctioneers on the sale of (inter alia) the said Run on the fifth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four;—bounded towards the westward by the dividing range Waitahuna and Tuapeka Districts; towards the eastward by the south-west branch of the Waitahuna stream; and partly by the Waitahuna stream; and towards the South by Run No. 160 in the aforesaid District.
