IN pursuance of an order of His Honor Mr. Justice Chapman, dated the twentieth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, made under Section VII of "The Trustees Relief Act, 1862," notice is hereby given that all persons who may have claims against the estate of the late John Roy, formerly of Wellington, in the Province of Wellington, and subsequently of Hawthorn Dale, near Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, are directed to send in the same to William Lyon, Esquire, one of the executors named in the will of the said John Roy, to the care of Messieurs Prendergast, Kenyon and Maddock, Solicitors, Manse-street, Dunedin, within three months from the first day of March, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five; and notice is further given, that after the expiration of the said period of three months, the executors of the said Will will proceed to distribute the assets of the said John Roy amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which the executors shall then have notice.
