GOLD FIELDS REGULATIONS.—The amended Rules and Regulations now in force as to Gold Mining, Agricultural Leases, and Wardens’ Courts, may be had from Mr. A. R. Livingston, Bookseller, Dunedin, and at the Offices of the Wardens and Mining Registrars throughout the Gold Fields. Price, 1s.

WAIKAWA, BLOCK I.

Situate between the Clutha and the Mataura, at Waikawa Harbor, Bush Land.

Block I, Waikawa District, will be sold at this office, by public auction, on Monday, the 16th day of January next, at 12 o’clock noon. — Haldane or others having claims for unsurveyed land within the block are requested to call and get such claims adjusted previous to the 16th day of January next, otherwise their claims will be dealt with under the 15th Clause of the Land Regulations, 1856.

CLARENDON, BLOCK II.

NOTICE.—Section 1 of 27, Block II, Clarendon District, having been reserved from sale pending the settlement of certain claims for part thereof purchased as unsurveyed land, Notice is hereby given that the reserve will be withdrawn on Wednesday, the 4th day of January next, and the section will be open for application. Any person having a claim to the said section, or any part thereof, must attend at the Land Office and have such claim adjusted before the 4th day of January next, or it will be disregarded, and the land sold.

IMPOUNDED on the 10th day of December, 1864, by Constable Peter Cameron, one Brown Cow, white stripe along back, ear marked, points cut off ears; one Heifer Calf, white stripe along back, no brand; one Black and White Cow, branded near rump (blotched brand,) owner unknown, for trespassing on Anderson’s Bay Road; and in default of being released, the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound, at South Dunedin, on Wednesday, the 4th day of January, 1865, at 12 o’clock noon.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

The Partnership hitherto existing between WILLIAM PEARDON PEARCE and SAMUEL PACKHAM, as Contractors, under the style or firm of Pearce and Packham, was dissolved by mutual consent upon the 7th December, 1864. All claims against the firm must be sent in before the 13th instant, addressed to Mr. Samuel Packham, Shamrock Hotel, Rattray-street. Mr. Pearce is authorised to receive debts due to the firm, and give valid discharges for the same.
