PUBLIC POUND AT OAMARU.

NOTICE is hereby given that in exercise of the powers vested in me in this behalf by the “Impounding Ordinance, 1862,” I have abolished the Public Pound at Oamaru, situated on Section numbered 52 of Block IV; and that in exercise of the powers vested in me by the said Impounding Ordinance, I have established in lieu thereof a Public Pound, situate on Section 17, Block V, Oamaru.

AUCTIONEERS' LICENSE.

In accordance with Section 8 of the “Licensed Auctioneers’ Ordinance, 1862,” a Special Meeting will be held in the Provincial Secretary’s office, Dunedin, on Thursday, the 29th day of December, 1864, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, to consider the application of Henry Soloman, Dunedin. Certificate signed by H. E. Nathan, John Sibbald, J. Hyman, William Christie, J. W. Feger, John Reid.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

Daniel Grove, James Brown, and Archibald M’Kinley, Complainants, against William Rickards, George Low, William Robinson, and Elias Phillip, Defendants.

The Partnership existing between the above parties in a Head-race, Certificate No. 2179, situated in Gabriel’s Gully, and in a Mining Claim situated in Walsh’s Gully, Gabriel’s, is about to be dissolved, in the Warden’s Court, Gabriel’s District. All persons having claims on the said partnership estate must prove the same before the said Court, at its sitting on Wednesday, the 11th day of January, 1865, after which said date claims will not be acknowledged.
