DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

By Agreement, dated 25th August, between Bell, Rae and Co. and Thomas Carter, the firm of Thos. Carter and Co. was Dissolved by mutual consent from and after that date, as far as regards Thomas Carter, who retires from the firm.

Bell, Rae and Co. will continue the business, and will pay all liabilities of the firm, and are authorised to collect all debts to the firm.

In the matter of the Petition of JAMES TURNER, of Green Island, in the Province of Otago, Hotelkeeper; and in the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862”.

NOTICE is hereby given, that His Honor the Judge has appointed Monday, the 31st day of October, 1864, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Court-house, Dunedin, for hearing the above Petition.
