OTAGO AND SOUTHLAND DISTRICT.

In the matter of EDWARD LING, of North Taieri,
deceased, intestate.

PURSUANT to the rule of this Honorable Court,
the creditors of the above deceased are, on or
before the 9th day July next, to come in and prove
their claims before Robert Chapman, Esq., Registrar
of the Supreme Court of Otago, at his office, Supreme
Court, Dunedin, in default of which they will not
derive any benefit from the said Estate.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the said
Court will be holden at the Court House, Dune-
din, on Wednesday, the 25th day of May instant, at
the hour of ten o’clock in the forenoon, for the des-
patch of all business accruing under the provisions of
“the Debtors’ and Creditors’ Act, 1862.”
