I HEREBY certify that WILLIAM REYNOLDS HAYNE, of Hampden, in the Province of Otago has this day submitted for my examination the diploma of the Royal College of Surgeons in England, and the License of the Apothecaries Society of London, and also the Registration Certificate of the General Council of Medical Education, and Registration of the United Kingdom, showing that he is a Doctor of Medicine of the University of Aberdeen, in accordance with the provisions of an Ordinance passed by the Legislative Council of New Munster, Session I, No. 2, of 1849, intituled "an Ordinance to define the qualifications, and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners."

Dated at the Resident Magistrates Court at Oamaru, this fifth day of April, 1864,

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned Henry Clapcott and Bunter Clapcott, carrying on business at Popotuna, in the Province of Otago, as runholders and sheep-farmers, under the firm of "Clapcott Brothers," was this day dissolved by mutual consent.

All debts due to the firm are to be received by the said Bunter Clapcott, who will continue the business in his own name.

All debts due from the firm will be paid by the said Bunter Clapcott.

Dated this twenty-second day of April, 1864.
