LICENSE CANCELLED.—His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has cancelled the Publicans’ License No. 66, granted on 1st October, 1863, to William Fox, of the “Shotover or Four Alls Hotel,” Queenstown.

NOTICE TO MARINERS.—His Honor the Superintendent has caused the Buoys and Beacons in Otago Harbour which were formerly painted white to be painted red, in order to their being more easily distinguished at night.

SALE BY AUCTION.—JETTY SHED.—The old Jetty Shed will be exposed for Sale by Public Auction, on the ground, on Tuesday next, the 3rd day of May, 1864, at 12 o’clock noon.
The purchaser to be bound to have the whole of the materials of the Sheds cleared off the ground not later than noon of Monday the 9th of May.
