TEVIOT AND BEAUMONT FERRIES.
TENDERS will be received until noon of Monday, 28th March, for Punts and Approaches and other works for the proposed Ferries over the Molyneux River, near the mouths of the Teviot and Beaumont Burns.
Plans and specifications to be seen and forms of tender obtained, at the Marine Engineer’s Office, Dunedin.

TENDERS are invited for the supply of the Harbor Department, at Dunedin or Port Chalmers, as may be required, with Ship Stores, Chandlery, &c., to 31st December, 1864.
Specifications can be obtained, and tenders deposited, at the Provincial Storekeeper’s office, up to noon of Monday, 28th instant.

THE following applications (thirtieth list) will be taken into consideration in the Provincial Secretary’s office, Dunedin, upon Tuesday, the fifth of April, 1864, at 2 o’clock p.m. Objections (if any) may be lodged at said office, or stated when the cases are under consideration. Applicants must attend personally or by agent.

APPOINTMENT TO BE MADE.
A N Inspector who will act as Foreman of Masons in the Dunstan District. For qualification, &c., apply at the Road Office.
Applications for the appointment to be made on or before Monday, 21st March, to the Secretary of Public Works.
GOVERNMENT Sale on Tuesday, the 22nd day of March, 1864, at 12 o’clock noon, at Port Chalmers.
The following Spars, Rigging, Sails, and Stores, of the Steamer St. Kilda, will be sold by Public Auction at Port Chalmers, on Tuesday the 22nd day of March current, at noon.
- 2 Baltic Red Pine Lower Masts, with cross-trees and caps complete.
- 2 Baltic White Pine Top Masts.
- 1 Lower Top-sail, and Top gallant yards with Iron work complete.
- 1 Bowsprit.
- 1 Main Boom and Gaff.
- 1 Fore trysail Boom and Gaff.
- 1 complete suit of sails, nearly new.
- The above gearing is almost new.
- 1 Jolly Boat.
- 10 Water casks.
- 2 Barrels Salt Provisions.
- Fore and main lower and top mast wire rigging, complete.

An adjourned meeting of the persons formerly advertised as qualified to vote, will be held in Carey’s Hotel, Blueskin, on Saturday the 2nd day of April, next, at 12 o’clock, for the purpose of electing from among themselves, three persons to act as Wardens for the Waikouaiti Hundred during the current year.
