A Proclamation dated the said 18th day of January, of Regulations for the destruction of Diseased Cattle, and for preventing the spread of the Disease called Pleuro-pneumonia.—The said Proclamation is republished in this Gazette.

IRON BUOYS.

TENDERS will be received at my Office, until noon of Tuesday, 26th January current, from parties willing to supply two Iron Buoys.

Particulars may be obtained on application at the Harbour Office, Port Chalmers.

OATS AND HAY.

TENDERS will be received at the Storekeeper’s Office, up to noon of Monday, 25th instant, for the supply of Forage to the Police, in Dunedin, to 31st March, 1864, say for

500 bushels Colonial Oats
10 tons pressed Oaten Hay.

Sample of oats to be handed in, hay to be guaranteed of good quality and sound.

PUBLIC WORKS.

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary of Public Works, till noon, of the following Monday:

25th January, for the Erection of a Bridge over the Waikouaiti River, near Cherry Farm. Plans and Specifications may be seen, and forms of Tender obtained, at the Office of the Provincial Engineer, Dunedin; or at the Police Station, Waikouaiti.

25th January, the time for receiving Tenders for the Port Chalmers Court House, is extended till noon, of Monday, the 25th January, 1864. Plans and Specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the Office of the Provincial Engineer, till the 18th instant; and after that date, at the Harbour Office, Port Chalmers.

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Secretary of Public Works, until noon of the following Monday:

1st February, 1864, for the erection of a Stone Bridge, near the 24 mile Post, on the North Trunk Road.

1st February, 1864, for Metalling 3 miles and 18 chains of the North Trunk Road, near Cherry Farm.

Plans and specifications in both cases may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the Office of the Road Engineer, Dunedin.

1st day of February, for providing and erecting a Force Pump, &c., at the Temporary Lunatic Asylum.

Particulars and forms of tender may be obtained at the Office of the Provincial Engineer.
