REGULATIONS RELATING TO CORRESPONDENCE AND PUBLIC ACCOUNTS FOR THE PROVINCE OF OTAGO.

HIS HONOR THE SUPERINTENDENT of the Province of Otago, with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby notifies, that on and after the First day of January, 1864, the following Regulations respecting Departmental Correspondence and Public Accounts will come into operation:—

Provincial Council. Treasurer’s Department. Public Works Department.
Auditor’s Department. Sheep Inspector’s Do. Provincial Engineer’s Do.
Provincial Secretary’s Office. Hospitals’ Do. Road Engineer’s Do.
Provincial Solicitor’s Do. Lunatic Do. Recreation Grounds.
Land Department. Immigration Do. Jetties.
Survey Do. Education Do. Ferries.
Police Do. Pounds. Public Buildings.
Harbor Do. Weights and Measures: Bridges.
Gold-fields Do. Quarantine. Roads.
Gaol Do. Courts of Justice. Harbour Works.
Geological Do. Steam Service. Miscellaneous.
Storekeeper’s Do. Grants in Aid.
Marine Survey Do. Unconditional Grants.
Marine Board. Miscellaneous.
