NOTICE OF SALE
other man, in extricating them from Supple Jacks, and in default of being released the above cattle will be sold at the Public Pound, at Port Chalmers, on the twenty-ninth day of November, 1863, at 12 o'clock noon.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, James Buchanan and James Smeaton, as Blacksmiths, at North Taieri and Dunedin, has been dissolved by mutual consent.

IMPOUNDED on the 7th day of November, 1863, by Mr. Clapcott, one Bay Mare, with black legs and bay body; owner unknown; for trespassing in his paddock situate at Caversham, for which Ten Shillings is claimed; and in default of being released, the above mare will be sold at the Public Pound, South Dunedin, on the 2nd day of December, 1863, at 12 o'clock noon.
