NOTICE is hereby given, that His Honor Mr. Justice Richmond has appointed Saturday, the 3rd day of October next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, Dunedin, for hearing the Petition of Peter McLachlan above named.

In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors' Act, 1862," and in the matter of the Petition of John Joseph, late of Kaikorai, in the Province of Otago, Brickmaker, with concurrence of creditors to the extent of not less than £50.

NOTICE is hereby given, that His Honor Mr. Justice Richmond has appointed Saturday, the 3rd day of October next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, Dunedin, for hearing the Petition of John Joseph above named, with concurrence aforesaid.

I HEREBY CERTIFY, that John Strelle Park, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, has this day submitted for my examination his diploma as a Licentiate of the Company of Apothecaries in London, in accordance with the provisions of an Ordinance, passed by the Legislative Council of New Munster, Session I., No. 2, of 1848, intituled, "An Ordinance to define the qualifications, and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners."

Dated at the Resident Magistrate's Court, Dunedin, this fourth day of September, 1863.

THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned Frederick Martin and George Martin, carrying on business as Hotel-keepers at Martin's Hotel, Stafford-street, Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, under the style or firm of F. and G. Martin, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
