WINE AND BEER AND BOTTLE LICENSES.
APPLICATIONS for the Renewal of all Wine and Beer and Bottle Licenses will be received at the Provincial Secretary’s Office, Dunedin, until noon of Tuesday, 15th September current; and a Special Meeting will be held at the said Office to consider the same upon Monday, the 28th day of September current, at 2 o’clock p.m.
Applications must state the accommodation and other particulars respecting the premises licensed, and each applicant, or some person in his behalf, must attend the meeting, and be ready to give explanations, &c., if required.

N.B.—All the Wine and Beer, Bottle, and Wholesale Licenses now in force terminate on 30th September, 1863.
LICENSES ON THE GOLD FIELDS.
ALL Licenses now in force for the sale of Spirituous Liquors upon the Gold Fields, terminate on the 30th September, 1863. Applications for the renewal of the same should be made forthwith to the Wardens on the respective Gold Fields.

EDUCATIONAL DISTRICT MEETINGS.
THE Annual Statutory Meeting of the Owners and occupiers of land and householders in each Educational or School District, will be held upon Monday, the 5th day of October, 1863, at the places and at the hours respectively undermentioned, viz—
Dunedin District.—Within the Rev. Dr. Burns’ Church, at 7 o’clock p.m.
Port Chalmers District.—Within the School-house, at 7 o’clock p.m.
North-East Harbour District.—Within the School-house, at half-past 6 o’clock p.m.
North-East Valley District.—Within the School-house, at half-past 6 o’clock p.m.
Wakari District.—Within the School-house, at half-past 6 o’clock p.m.
Anderson’s Bay District.—Within the School-house, at half-past 6 o’clock p.m.
Caversham District.—Within the School-house, at half-past 6 o’clock p.m.
Green Island District.—Within the School-house, at half-past 6 o’clock p.m.
Saddle Hill District.—Within the School-house, at half-past 6 o’clock p.m.
East Taieri District.—Within the School-house, at half-past 6 o’clock p.m.
North Taieri District.—Within the School-house, at half-past 6 o’clock p.m.
West Taieri District.—Within the School-house, at 1 o’clock p.m.
Waihola District.—Within the School-house, at 1 o’clock p.m.
Tokomairiro District.—Within the School-house, at half-past 6 o’clock p.m.
Clutha District.—Within the Church, South Clutha, at 12 o’clock noon.
Wairauaiti District.—Within the School-house, at 6 o’clock p.m.
Goodwood District.—Within the dwelling-house of Mr. W. Kennard, at 3 o’clock p.m.
