In the matter of "The Debtors' and Creditors' Act, 1862," and in the matter of the petition of DAVID GRAY, of Oamaru, Settler.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that by an order of this Honorable Court made on the 20th day of July instant, it was ordered that interim protection be granted to the person and estate of the said DAVID GRAY from arrest, execution, or other legal process, (except from process under arrest to hold to bail,) until and during Thursday, the 18th day of August next, the day appointed for hearing said petition.

In the matter of "The Debtors' and Creditors' Act, 1862," and in the matter of the petition of HENRY PULFORD, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, Storekeeper, a Debtor not in custody.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that by an order of this Honorable Court, made on the 18th day of July instant, on the petition of the above named HENRY PULFORD, the estate and effects of the said HENRY PULFORD, were sequestrated for the benefit of his Creditors, and the said estate and effects were ordered to be taken and held by William Hildreth of Dunedin, Merchant, until the 18th day of August next, the day appointed by the said order for hearing the petition of the said Henry Pulfourd, or until the further order of this Honorable Court; and it was further ordered that interim protection be granted to the person and estate of the said HENRY PULFORD from arrest, execution, or other legal process, (except from arrest to hold to bail under a Judge's Order,) until and during the said 18th day of August next.
